Candid Connections was founded by Samson Pollak, who realized that traditional job boards were no longer the most effective way to get interviews. Stuck in a corporate sales job he wanted to leave, Samson did everything right, updated his resume, applied to dozens of roles where he had transferable skills, and still heard nothing back. The problem wasn’t rejection; it was silence.
After spending hours on each application only to be screened out by automated systems, Samson grew frustrated.
